Coriandrum sativum

So-called “Arabian Parsley”. Dried fruits to flavour culinary dishes. Coriander prefers permeable, slighty chalky soils. Mature seeds are used to prepare hors d’oeuvres, to scent vegetables in vinegar, and to make liqueurs.
